1. About these terms

TopSyllabus is owned and operated by Innopas Technology Solutions Private Limited, 8th Floor, South Tower, KRM Plaza, No. 2 Harrington Road, Chetpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600031 ("Innopas", "we"). By using TopSyllabus you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

Students under 18 may use TopSyllabus only with a parent's or guardian's consent. The parent accepts these Terms on the student's behalf.

2. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password private and do not share your account. Do not copy or resell TopSyllabus content, or misuse the Platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Prices, including GST, are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

If you choose auto-renewal, you will be notified before each debit, and you can cancel any time from your account or your bank or UPI app. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Where a school or partner pays for access, its agreement with Innopas applies instead.

4. AI and results

AI marking and feedback are learning aids and can make mistakes; they are not official board marks. You can ask us to review any AI-marked answer. We do not guarantee any marks or results.

5. Ownership and liability

TopSyllabus content and software belong to Innopas. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms and will notify you of important changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
